When I first met you, back in 2005, I was impressed. You were cool. Hip. Sophisticated. A little smug, but yet, mysterious. You were classy, and I’ll admit it … expensive. But I was a big boy, and I knew what I was getting into. I liked your curves, and the way you looked in a semi-lit room. I got hooked on you.
But I changed.
I realize now that I want to spend more time with my friends. I want a kick-ass avatar, and I want to stream Netflix without a stupid fucking disk in the drive. I want to play Gears of War, and Halo, and you know what, I LOVED Resistance, but Heavy Rain SUCKED BALLS. It was depressing and weird and I had to watch 36 hours of Muppets DVDs just to get in a happy mood after it was over.
I’ve got an XBOX now. I just bought Skate 3 and Battlefield and I’m never looking back.
Goodbye PS3. An empty charcoal smudge of the mind, where fun could have been.
PS. If you have Skate 3, add me. Gamertag: Sixagon
